NORDMILCH is a modern dairy group with deep roots in its home region and an international orientation. The majority of its milk is supplied by the 8.000 or so dairy farmers of the parent company NORDMILCH eG (cooperative), who are based in Northern Germany. NORDMILCH processes 4.1 billion kilos of milk a year, making it Germany’s largest dairy company and earning it a place among the top ten in Europe.

We export our high-quality milk products to more than 80 countries worldwide. Our product range includes cheese, fresh and UHT products, milk and whey powder, butter, milk-based components as well as concentrates and powders. We develop tailored, innovative solutions for our customers from the food retailing, bulk con sumer and industry sectors. In the area of branded goods, we operate successfully in Germany and the EU with MILRAM and in EU and non-EU countries with OLDENBURGER.

With more than 2,500 employees, including over 120 apprentices, the Group
generated a turnover of 2.5 billion euros in 2008.
